Engaged by the Ministry of Environment with EU funding, SA developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Ministry’s role in Lebanon’s National Oil Spill Contingency Plan (NOSCP). The project included process mapping, gap analysis, and training to enhance the Ministry’s preparedness and response capabilities.
